Dr. AbdulRahman A. Al-Naimi is the Chairman of Royal Davy, LLC a State of Texas corporation, community-based and locally operated Royal Davy companies since 2005. He is also the chief medical officer of Perteller Biopharmaceutical Life Sciences and chief medical science liaison and principal investigator of Unite Clinical Research Consortium.

Prior to his role as chairman, he provided the senior physician executive leadership in his position as the president and CEO for Royal Davy responsible for investigator start-up site development and clinical research operation activities while building relationships with stakeholders such as sponsors, contract research organizations (CRO), research organizations, academia, and government. He has participated in several Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (RTOG) studies during his residency in Radiation Oncology as sub-PI, clinical research monitor, and clinical research coordinator.

He applies an instrument used for quality process improvement; Clinical Safety & Effectiveness he designed and implemented for physician-owned community-based medical practices to drive clinical research team dynamics, ultimately, removing barriers to clinical study completion, and study participant compliance while developing company growth. The instrument was approved through a peer-reviewed process at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Additional professional experiences expanding over three decades includes serving thirteen years as a medical practice manager for a community-based internal medicine practice, including eleven years as chief medical officer and six years as principle investigator. Prior to joining Royal Davy, he was director, trauma emergency management for a county government trauma system, responsible for trauma related administrative activities such as clinical operations, health policy, strategic planning, fiscal management, quality process improvement, data management, regulatory compliance, case management, public health preparedness advisor and observer, supervisor to medical officers, air medical transport, audit medical records, and liaison to pre-hospital and trauma centers.

Dr. Al-Naimi was appointed as a fellow of the American College of Neuroscience Administrators of the Neurosurgery Executives’ Resource Value & Education Society, and the chairman for the education sub-committee and fellowship credential of the Neurosurgery Executives’ Resource Value & Education Society. He is also the former president, American College of Neuroscience Administrators of the American Academy of Medical Administrators. He served on their executive board of directors, and the board of directors of the American College of Oncology Administrators.

Dr. Al-Naimi is board qualified by the American Board of Family Medicine, American Board of Preventive Medicine, and a fellow of the American College of Neuroscience Administrators. He completed residency in Occupational Medicine, The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, McGovern Medical School, Family Medicine, Creighton University School of Medicine, and Radiation Oncology, Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and master of public health degree including his thesis from University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Public Health in Community Health: Occupational & Environmental Health, and Aerospace Medicine. Dr. Al-Naimi has multiple post-doctoral certifications, active professional affiliations, including university alumni memberships.
